Question: HELP I NEED THE DAY AFTER PILL WHAT CAN I DO!?
i was told i can use regular birth control!. i am 25 so i am not a teen!. we did not "pull out"in time!. i cant get the plan b pill so i was wondering if i could take a few of the loestrin24fe birth controll pill to do the same thing as the plan b pill would do!?!? if so how many HELP HELP PLEASEWww@Answer-Health@Com

The birth control WILL NOT WORK!. Birth control only prevents a pregnancy BEFORE you have sex!. If you are already pregnant, it won't stop it, the hormones actually helps support the pregnancy!. If you call your OB/GYN you should be able to get plan b pill, otherwise pray that your not ovulating!. If you're not in the next day or so you'll be fine and won't get pregnant!. You can do this with some birth control pills, but Loestrin 24 is not one of them as far as I know!. Birth control is a prescription medication that should only be taken by the person it is prescribe for, so if that Loestin isn't yours, you shouldn't take it anyways!. Plus, even with pills that you can use this way, you generally have to take a lot and that much estrogen makes most women sick!.
Try to find Plan B instead!. It's much better for your body than taking a bunch of combined birth control pills!. It's available over the counter at any pharmacy, or you can get it at any Planned Parenthood or other family planning clinic!.
ETA: If money is a problem, call your nearest Planned Parenthood!. Most have sliding scale or payment plans, or can steer you towards somewhere you can get it cheap!. It's worth at least calling and asking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
