I have pains in my breasts. ?!


Question: I have pains in my breasts!. !?
Every once in a while, not often but sometimes, my nipples get extremely sensitive and sore!. Sometimes so sore I can't even wear a bra!. they get swollen as well!. My doctor said they are just developing!.!.!. can the insides develop!? Cuz I've been the same cup size forever!.!.!. it never changes regardless of how many times this happens!. I get regular breast exams so i know there's no tumors or anything!.!.!. they just hurt!. Has anyone else experienced this!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on your age!. yes they do develop on the inside!. this is the formation of milk ducts!. it is painful, i know!. the best thing you can do is put a heating pad on them whenever you are at home!. the heat will help ease the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you changed any medication recently!. Some times when people are on a birth control hardening of the nipples is a side effect!. I will also make sure that you are not pregnant!.Sure you have since you have seen doctor!. Some go through hormonal and stress changes that can cause it as well!. It is nothing to worry about!. Yes, but it has something to do with getting your period, but the best way to make this stop, is to not intake lots of salt in your food, and lay off of caffeine, try this the next time, maybe three weeks before your period!.

I get that problem 1 week before my period!.
During my period,
and 1 week after my period!.
