Answers:
Don't worry, your period will continue to be irregular and will fluctuate between light and heavy for a few more years yet!. It usually takes about three years for a girls cycle to regulate itself, so you're completely normal!. I think it would be a good idea for you to go and have a chat with your doctor anyway though, to put your mind at ease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many things that can delay your period including diet, exercise, stress or anxiety!. You could also have a hormonal imbalance which will cause you to have delayed periods or more periods each month!. You need to see a doctor if this continues and it does not mean that you will not be able to conceive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body isn't regulated yet!. You are only 14!.

Give your body about 5-6 more years and you will be fine!. Then you will wish for the days that it was this light!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a deep breath you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
