Question: Why do I smell down there!?
my vagina has a weird order sometimes!.!. im still a virgin!.!. so its not an std!.!.!. but i duno its a weird smell!.!. theres no discharge that are'nt normal!.!.!. i mean the only thing i see is if i get wet!.!. but plz help! i duno what it is!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello i am gynecologist and came across your question this odor is actually preety normal for women to have donw there I'm guessing this scent appears to be a little stronger before your period if I am correct this occurs before you start to ovulate also remember the vagina natural smell is some sort of a fishy smell but if I were you I would go to the pharmacy and buy this product called vagistad this product is used for the treat of yeast infection this doesn't necessarily mean that you have one this product can be also used to rinse any bacteria that might be on your uterus walls this product can be bought over the counter Www@Answer-Health@Com
well has it ever smelled weird before!? i know that the vagina can take on smells of some foods you eat also!. example if you eat alot of fruit you will notice a pleasant smell, but if you eat something that is really strong like fish you can begin to smell like it if you eat alot!. i ate chicken salad for a week a few years ago and i smelled like that downtown belive it or not!. plus you should wash yourself with water every time you use the bathroom!. in my religion we are required both men and women after using the bathroom to clean yourself with water, it takes away all urine ,when you just use toliet tissue it is drying it off but not cleaning the area as good as water will!. I used to think my vagina had a weird odor too!.!. but, come to find out, it's normal for women sometimes!. It depends on your hormone levels!. If you have any itching or irritation, it could be bacterial vaginosis!. It's not an STD, just an infection that we can get, like a yeast infection, although, with a yeast infection, there is a discharge!.
