There should be a little place on the tampon for you to put your fingers!. Put the tampon in all the way to your finger grip, then depress the plunger!. Remove the applicator!. There should be a little string there for removal later!. I know it's uncomfortable, and it doesn't really get any better!. :( However, you can just only use tampons when you need them and use pads the rest of the time!. That's what I do, and it's way more comfy and healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Many tampons have a groove on the applicator near the bottom, this is a grip!. Holding the grip of the applicator, begin inserting the applicator until your hand touches your body, you then want to push in bottom of the tampon which is below the grip and contains the tampon itself!. Then remove the applicator!. All done! :)

It helps to insert the tampon if you are relaxed, and if you still have trouble try buying some ky lubricant to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be a little weird at first put a tampon in!. If it seriously is uncomfortable to you, don't use one!. If it doesn't bother you to do so, have your mother/grandmother/aunt/best friend show you!.
Personally, Tampax always feel uncomfortable to me!. I prefer Playtex!. So you might want to try different brands, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to stick it in there ALMOST half way, then push the tampon in!. There should be directions in the box, you should read them, they have pictures and everything!. It would be allot easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
