Should I be worried about my bp?!
Question: Should I be worried about my bp!?
I have always had low blood pressure such as 91/55, 93/56, 106/56!. I have never gone above 115!. Anyway I tested my pressure one day and it read 80/53 which sounds really bad!. So my question is 80/53 blood pressure really that bad!? And if it goes down to 70 you think something could happen to me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

take Little salt in your food an then see your BP again OK
salt makes BP good
upper one goes down because of stress
down one goes down because of food

I'm not medically inclined, so I would call a dr!. Just call any emergency room!. Tell them what you just wrote, any nurse will give you proper advise!. Never ask just anyone questions about your health!. Always ask a pro!.
in the 70's I was taught how to lower and even skip my heart beats!. I freak Dr's out when I do this!. Can't help but have fun with it!. lol

Eat a baked potato without salt!. I've got a natural remedy book around here somewhere, Gotta get up at 4:30am don't stress, maintain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
