Answers:
Anytime you miss your period, you should be at least a little concerned!. While missing one period can be chalked up to a lot of things -- stress, a lot of exercise, malnutrition, weird hormonal inbalances, etc!.!.!.!. it's not a routine event and should be noted!. Missing your period for four months is very abnormal, and, frankly, you could be pregnant!.

If this isn't the case, though, you could also be experiencing a variety of other conditions that may be serious, so don't wait!.

Make and keep an appointment with a OB/GYN, clinician, or doctor ASAP!. You probably will be able to get in within the next few days because you're so long overdue -- definitely mention your missed periods when scheduling your appointment!.

Take care of yourself, and good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

missing your period just once is fine!.!.!. but you have missed yours for 3 consecutive months and you should be concerned !.!.!.!. visit the doctor to know whats wrong!.!.!. don't worry there are other things other than pregnancy that might delay your period!.!.!. it happened to me once and the doc advised me to take some pills in order to correct my cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best option is to go and see your gynecologist!. I had the same problem and went and found out I was 4 months pregnant! So go and get checked if you really want to know what's going with your body!. But if you aren't pregnant, probably send you to an specialist to check your ovaries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
