What is this involuntary twitch in my lower abdomen!?
Sometimes it comes along with the occasional sensation that someone is pulling on the inside of my bellybutton, but maybe a couple inches lower!. Has anyone else had this happen before!?

I know this sounds weird, but gas can cause this sensation!. Also a pinched nerve (anywhere in your body), can cause you to feel movement like the one you described!. You're most likely tired due to stress, because you're trying to figure out why you are feeling this way!. I would see your doctor just to make sure everything is okay and set your mind at ease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
