I'm always tired nowadays...?!


Question: I'm always tired nowadays!.!.!.!?
Over the last month i have been increasingly getting tired!. I have just started school and now have to wake up at 6:30am every morning and i would usually go to bed around 1130 - 12pm because i am absolutely shattered by then!. However i usually cannot sleep before that time!.

I have been on Trimethoprim for at least 4 months now and i am also on the yasmin pill!. I take 600g of Trimethoprim a day and 1 pill a day unless it is my week break!. Could these be affecting the fact that i am always tired!?

I just don't understand why i am suddenly overly tired all the time!. I have been very upset recently over a guy and had few sleepless nights but i realise that is all petty even though i still think about him!.

Contraceptives can make you feel tired!. Its most likely the combination of Yasmin and the Trimethoprim

The way that pills work is that they trick your body into thinking it is pregnant so that you cannot get pregnant!.

Many people end up feeling some symptoms of pregnancy ( including fatigue)!.

Also Trimethoprim can cause Hemolytic anemia ( as well as many other drugs) !. One of the main sysmptoms of anemia is Fatigue!.

You may need to increase your iron intake!.
Eat iron rich foods and see if that helps!. Take supplements cook with iron skillets!.

Since I knew neither of the medications that you were on, I did a little research!. I found trimethoprim to be an antibiotic only usually used for about 10 days!. Yet, it sounds like you have been prescribed it in the way you state by talking about a week break!. Could the condition that you take this medication for have something to do with the tired feeling!? Depression can also cause sleepiness or insomnia!. However, the fact that you are busy with school all the time would probably be a help with the depression!. Teenagers usually get tired often, and they also need a lot of sleep!.
Have a cup of tea a few hours before you go to bed, it should make you feel more sleepy earlier so you can get to sleep faster and have a good night sleep!.
Also stress can make you feel tired, go for a walk in the fresh air, it should make you feel better!.
And this might not be why but usually when you're not active you start to feel more sleepy, try some workout moves before you go to bed!.

It could be the medications side effects however, I am not a doctor!. Try drinking a glass of green tea with breakfast and lunch and on the go instead of water or what you usually drink it will help you have more energy!. You can get lipton green tea on the go packets at savemart!. Ask someone who works there to tell you where the lipton green tea on the go is!. Also if you are not already taking vitamins take you're vitamins and be sure to take you're womans vitamin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your meds could be part of it!. Some meds are there to bring you down if you have extremely high, highs!. like if you had anxiety, it would bring you down from the panic, but while your not having anxiety, it can make you tired, or spacey!. It could also mean that the meds your on arent working best for you, and depression is seeping in, depression can make you extremely tired!. You could also be stressing over that guy!.!.!. and also not sleeping for a few nights is not good, after you miss one night of sleep it takes 30 days for your body to make up for that lost sleep!. it seems that you need more sleep,

if you could'nt sleep before 11 or 12, try putting towel under your door,
if its too noisy, or do physical activities so you get tired and sleep well during the night!.
If it doesnt help you, i suggest that you dont sleep before the time you should, dont take naps!.
You can also drink milk, or have a little snack!.

Yasmin would not be affecting your sleeping!.!.!.it doesnt affect me at all!.

It sounds to me that you are just over worked and over stressed at this time!. You are adjusting to working long days and eveings without a full nights sleep!. Do you excercise regularly!? If not try working out when you get home from school!. Not too late though becuase excecising releases endorphins which act as a stimulant and can keep you awake!. Adding a little physical activity and not napping in the middle of the day can help you to get to sleep earlier so you are more refreshed during the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, you might be stressed, so make a sleeping schedule, so that you get used to going to bed early, what i do, is when i want to go to bed early and get used to going to bed at 10:00pm, the morning before, i wake up a 5:o0am and then i eventually get used to waking up at 6:00am, and going to bed at 10:00, but seriously you should get more sleep, try and put lavender on your pillow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are tired because you are doubling up on contraceptives!. why are you doing this to yourself!? Why don't you stop the sex and the contraceptives for awhile and get your sleep and your school work under control!. Is sex more important than your health!? Why is a Dr!. prescribing 2 different medicines for you in the first place!? Have you had your iron checked!? Low iron is a big contributor in feeling tired, especially for women!. Ask your doctor to check it, or if you donate blood, they will automatically check it for free, since it has to be at a certain number for them to accept your blood donation!.

You might also need more sleep than you're getting!. Most people need at least 8 hours a night to feel rested!.

I think it's because you have a lot of things going in your heard and the stress is affecting your normal healthy pattern!.!.!. so to prevent this you may wanna divide your time more effectively sleep early wake up early and plan everything and also don't forget a good diet and exercise and your dose of good entertainment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the cause is going to bed so late and getting up so early!. You need to try to get to sleep before that!. Just try!. That is definitely the reason!. Get to bed within the next hour if you can and that will give you time to get to sleep!. Well that is if the time is 21:10 with you!. That's what it is here!. Well, you know what I mean!. Try to get to bed between 9 and 10!. If you can't sleep, if you have lavender drops, you should put them on your pillow!. It's a very relaxing smell and it will send you to sleep in no time!. Part of your problem is that you're getting up at 6:30 and going to bed at 11:30!.!. That's only 7 hours even if you fall straight to sleep!. I'd suggest you try to condition yourself to go to bed earlier if you have to be up that early!.

The drugs can also have an effect!. Any time you do something to modify something in your body it can cause issues like tiredness!.

you just started school again and you have you have to wake up much earlier than normal!. it will take your body some time to adjust!. i took yasmin and it did not make me tired so i wouldnt say thats the case and i dont believe teimenthoprim has a side effect of sleepiness!. but your body is going through a lot right now!. you started school, your taking birth control, your taking that medicine for a reason!.!.!.and boy issues are always draining!. at least you realize guys arent worth stressing over!. give yourself some time and youll be just fine!.!.try to get 8 hours of sleep and have a cup a joe in the morning!.!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doctor and tell the M!.D!. your concerns!. Do a little redearch on your own and find out if there are any such side affects of the meds that you are prescribed!.
You should do that anyway, regardless of how much experience your doctor has, because the pharma*sue*ticals don't give a d*amn about your health!.

It could be a number of things!. School coulf be taking a toll!. When i would have to wake up a 6:30 every morning I was exhausted by the middle of the day!. LOL! But, there is one thing I want to warn you about!.!.!.the Yasmin pill!. I have a friend who was on it for a few weeks and switched right off because all she wanted to do is sleep ALL the time!. She was just so tired!. As soon as she switched she was perfectly fine and back to normal!. So you may be having a side affect!. Hope this helps!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably just because your mind is working overtime thinking about this guy!.

However I would advise going to the doctors, especially if you're already on medication!. Being tired alot is a symptom of a lot of things, it could just be a cold but it's good to check!.

im 14 & i usually get up at 7!.00am & go to sleep at 10 pm
i suggest that your getting so tired because your going to bed too late!. i would start reading a book at about 10pm and hopefully the book will let you fall asleep and you should be asleep by 10!.45pm!.
You could try and drink some horlicks before you go to sleep!.
i would try for maybe 2 nights not taking all your Trimethoprim and see if anything changes!.

im always tired and i take pills too so i should know it could be your not taking your sleeping pill early enough, your not getting enough sleep you could be waking up during the night w/o realizing it (i have the same disease), or it could be other medications mixing with your sleeping pill thus leaving an after effect!. or your other pill could be making you sleepy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe your stressed out which can effect your sleeping habbits!. I notice when i am thinking about stuff too much at night i dont sleep till 2 or 3 a!.m!. just clear your mind try do stress relieving techniques (go for a walk,read a book,take a bath get a message,) maybe when you relieve stress you can be less tired!. Also get your thyroid checked out,which that controls your hormones and underactvie thyroid gets you tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be stress from being upset about the guy and also from going back to school!. Or it could be lack of exercise, dehydration or just your age!. Teenagers need ALOT of sleep!. People say they're lazy, its not true, teenagers are growing rapidly both mentally and physically, and need more sleep for that reason!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been through this myself
If it gets worrying for example you get faint spells, then go see your doctor, as that may be something such as an iron problem
Also Yasmin is linked to being tired, as I use another form of Yasmin and i'm always extremely tired!.

im not sure what that medcine is for, but you could go on google and see what its symptoms are!. or the next time you get the perscription there is a list of symptoms that come with it!. or you could ask your doctor!. most likely its just you getting used to a new routine!. when i go to school i used to have to start going to bed earlier like a week before school started, so that didnt happen to my body!. it may be medication as well as a change in schedule that is causing you to be sleepy!. Try not to drink any caffeine after 6pm and do not become dependent on sleeping pills, they will only make things worse!. Another thing that may help is drinking something warm before going to sleep-not tea though, as some teas have caffeine in them

Okay, I'm gonna look at your situation from the medical way!. There could be many factors involved!. However, I would advise you to see a nutricionist!. Maybe the problem is that you're not eating correctly!. Perhaps you have a lot of toxins in your system, or not enough vitamins!. Go to a healthfood/vitamin store and ask!. They can really help you with natural medicine that will help you with the sleeping!. Also, exercise can help you A LOT!. Trust me!. ANDDDD make sure you drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you noticed the sleepiness soon after you started taking the pills, it very well can be the pills!. I just started taking Chantix to stop smoking, and they make me tired!. One thing that works best besides coffee is aerobic exercise!. I feel way more awake if I even get 20 minutes walking at a brisk pace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop taking all of those medicines!.!.!.!.!.!.gosh! Exercise daily like brisk walking around your neighborhood about two miles!. Set a bedtime for yourself of about 10:15pm!. Fall asleep watching cnn, reading a textbook, or a biography on a boring but important person of the past!. Oh, and eat lots of vegetables like spinich, potatoes and gravy, carrots, green beans, salads, and also tomatoes (a fruit)!. Just eat, you don't want to rely on vitamins or stuff like that forever!.

Make sure you keep a healthy diet!. Try not to eat sugary snacks and acidy foods 1-3 hours before you go to bed it will keep your body awake and "feed" your body with sugar making it active try to get into a routine of going to bed at 10!.00 and either reading or watching tv for 30minutes!. Just because your shattered at 11:30pm it may not mean you'll get good sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yaz is by far the worst contraceptive pill that I've been suggested!. It completely messed me up!. It actually made all the period symptoms worse!. Worse cramps, my period actually lasted 2-3 days LONGER!. I've had several friends on the pills that also hated it!. For some they didn't experience at all and then there were others, like myself, in which it had a prolonging effect, among other complications!. what the reason is, is that you need to get more sleep and i know you cant fall asleep but if you could just lay down and close your eyes maybe you wont feel as tiered!.

The medications and stress over teh guy could definitely add to your grogginess and tiredness!.!.!.do you exercise!?
