Question: Yesterday i went to workout and now im sore!.!.!.!?
what can i do i used some of the cream and and ice pack but my knees still hurt

it wont last forever it is just temporary!. It means you did a good job working those muscles!.
i would alternate hto and cold compress!. use an ice pack for 30 minutes, then put a warm pack on them for another 30!. continue to alternate- this should help!.
also take some advil or aleveWww@Answer-Health@Com

try taking a hot bath with lots of sea salt pour'd in!.

also take a few IB profin, this will reduce swelling in your joints and make it less painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
