Talk to your school nurse!. Ask her for an appointment to see her so that she will have time to listen and talk to you and not be interrupted by other student's so much!.

What is your weight!? Are you dieting!? Do you eat balanced meals!? Do you exercise a lot!? Some girls who diet or are underweight are more prone to amennorhea (lack of a period)!. Also, if you exercise in excessive amounts, this can also cause this problem!. There are other disorders that can also cause this, such as thryoid disorders or a benign tumor on the pituitary gland that can cause such things as amennorhea and thinning of the bones due to a hormonal imbalance!. Also, stress can cause this, but 9 months is a long time!? How developed are you!? Any other physical symptoms of any kind!? What medicines do you take and how often!?

There are free clinics for pregnant teens (so if you haven't had your period, that would probably qualify you even though you know that you aren't pregnant) so if your parents won't take you to a doctor, find out from your school counselor or nurse where you can go for free!. They can give you better advice on possible causes for your case of amenorrhea and possible treatment after they get more info from you and examine you!.

I am so sorry that your parents are not helping you!. I don't know about their finances, but a lot of people are having financial difficulties because of the economy and many people in the US don't have health insurance!. But there are free clinics or fees based on income for people without insurance!.

A Catholic Church would probably know where you could go, because they tend to run a lot of those free clinics ( at least in my area)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have amenorrhea!. It could be caused by a number of things!. If you over exercise, or are underweight, your periods may stop!. You may also have a hormonal imbalance!. One reason your parents may not want to take you to a doctor is that they often treat amenorrhea with birth control pills!. Like one user said, you're old enough to schedule an appointment on your own!. You can also go to planned parenthood!. They provide medical services as well as birth control!. Let your parents know how concerned you are!. If they still refuse to help out and you don't have access to a clinic, talk to your school nurse or counselor!. They can help you find medical treatment!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is there a woman's clinic you can get to by bus!? I would tell your parents you do not feel well so that they would take you to the doctor!. OR at school, see if you can talk to the school nurse!. If there is no school nurse tell a counselor at school and see if she can assist you further to get to a doctor!. Also you can try to go to an emergency room - bring some reading materials - it may be a wait but they will see you!. Absolutely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well first of all call Planned Parenthood!. To be honest if you are really scared you should find a way there!. Call them and tell them you are really worried but your parents won't let you come in and that you don't know what to do!. why are your parents not taking you in!? Seriously what kind of parent does that ( seriously!? )

Planned Parenthood provides FREE health care and exams and depending on which state you are in you can do it behind there back!.

im 19 and mine has always been irregular, sometimes i go for 3 months without having it!.!.!. but 9 monthly is an awfully long time, I would go to a doctor!. even a school nurse would be able to help you here (it might seem embarassing but something is definitely wrong)

if you dont want to ask a school nurse, then go to a free clinic, or planned parenthood (i know youre not pregnant but they will be able to help you more than a school nurse)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally in the beginning periods are a little irregular, but since you have had your period since you were 11, it should have regulated by now!. The best advice I can give you is to go to the gyno!. I wouldn't worry to much about this b/c I have had several friends with the same problem!. With that said, I would still go and get it checked out b/c if there is a problem, you need to get it fixed!. best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you could have this thing called PCOS!.
You could be over or underweight
Or you could have lost or gained an incredible amount of weight all at once!.
You could be stressed!.

Please go to the doctor and get it checked out!.!.!. sometimes it can be what's called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and that can lead to infertility, so the sooner you know, the better you can care for yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

your parents are not good parents, they are not caring properly for their child!. something could be wrong with you, you may have a bad ovarian cyst or something even worse!. MAKE them take you! or just take yourself! do something!.!. that is not good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you're stressed!? Although I don't think that would make it go away for that long!. Are you underweight!? I think after you go under like 100 pounds you stop getting it!. Your parents should take you to the doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my friend has the same thing!. you need to see a doctor cos it is a real problem!. there is medications you can take to help this!. get a friend to take you if your parents won't!. SEE A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to see a doctor!. Go to planned parenthood if you have to, they will see you cheap or free of charge!. You don't need a parent with you to seek medical attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can go to your local health department without your parents and get some help there!. I wish you the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
