How do you count your menstrual period length?!
Question: How do you count your menstrual period length!?
Ok, so i'm just thinking how to count your menstrual length!.
I read an article of the length of menstrual period!.
it says it lasted for 2-7 days!.
Does it mean
day 1-day 2-day 3 = 3 days
OR
day 1-day 2-day 3 = 2 days (since the day 1 is just when the period start)

I count day 1 when the period starts!. Although sometimes if I get it at night I don't count that day!. Sometimes I even count day one when my cramps are severe even if there's no blood!.

I say that if it starts on one day, lasts for day three, four, and five, finishes on that fifth day, then that's five days!. If it starts at night I count the day I discovered it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
From the day it began to the day it stopped!. Then to figure out how many days in between you count from the first day it began to the first day of the next!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
