im 13 and i got my periods last month on the 11th of august now its 16th of september and i didnt get them plz help me i missed my period plz tell me what to do im scared to death and plz tell me the process of all these period thngs and plz dont tell me to ask my mom cuz shes not in city right nowWww@Answer-Health@Com

when i got my first period years ago, i didnt get mine again till over 4months after my first one!
this is very usual for your 1st period as it takes a while for your body to adapt to the menstual cycle!. as you get your period more often, it will become a lot more regular!

Your only 13 years old, your periods do not come regularly you might be having that way all your life! My daughters had them 3 or 4 times a year!. I was once a month!. Everyone's body responds to hormones and periods differently!. There is nothing to panic about!. Remember stress and sickness will also delay them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When you first get your period, it's likely it won't be stable and periodic for quite a while, even up to a year or so!. You might miss it for a whole month or just be a few weeks later!. Don't worry about it, your body is still just adjusting to it!.

I had a friend who got her period for her first time and then didn't get it again for another year!. Lucky her she got a whole year of rest!. You shouldn't worry about it, once you get it normally every month, you will know it is a pain in the butt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're only 13!. You can go several months between periods at your age, with nothing being wrong!. It is perfectly normal and nothing to be scared about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
