yes it could just be a side effect of the nuva ring!. try using heat packs to relieve the pain, and take ibu profin!. once ur body adjusts to the ring, the pain should go away!. but if it gets worse, u should talk to ur doctor, or try going on the pill!. best of luck! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
Breast tenderness is often a symptom of PMS and is quite normal, has nothing to do with the NuvaRing!. The NuvaRing side effects are:
? sharp chest pain, coughing blood, or sudden shortness of breath (possible clot in the lung)
? pain in the calf (back of lower leg; possible clot in the leg)
? crushing chest pain or heaviness in the chest (possible heart attack)
? sudden severe headache or vomiting, dizziness or fainting, problems with vision or speech, weakness, or numbness in an arm or leg (possible stroke)
? sudden partial or complete loss of vision (possible clot in the eye)
The side effects of Nuva Ring can increase based on several health and risk factors!. Increased risks include: women over 35 years of age, diabetes, smoking more than 15 cigarettes a day, and high level of blood cholesterol or fat!.
Careful with birth control, most is not safe!. I would use a condom instead as birth control doesn't protect you against STDs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
