My girlfriend talks about this every time we go biking!. I told her to get one of thoughs big seats without the middle thing!. Oh well, I don't know if this helped or not but art less you know it happens to other girls!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
This happens to a lot of people!. Ask your doctor!. She can tell you if it appears normal, since she has probably seen thousands of them!. If it is enlarged, you can have it surgically reduced!.

Don't worry, this is normal! And !.!.who's going to see it!? Lol!.
But really, don't worry about it, it's all normal =)
As for the hurting part, I'm not sure why that would happen!. Perhaps ask a doctor about that!.
