As long as your discharge is not green or odorous then it is ok!. If it smells and has an odd color go to your doctor to make sure you do not have an STD!. Discharge is normal at various stages of your cycle, clear or white with a mild scent!. If it is the same every time then it is just your normal cycle, everyone is different!. The ring is inserted with your fingers as far as you can push it up into your vagina and removed after 3 weeks to allow for a period then a new one placed for your next cycle!. It slowly releases hormone over the 3 weeks similar to a birth control pill!. A lot of my friends like the ring because you don't have to take a pill everyday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
