Question: Can you get pregnant the first month after you stop the pill!?
i was only on the pill 3 months and i finished it last month and started my period 30th August 2008 and we have been trying all this month!. ive been told you have to try for a few months before the effects of the pill wear off and you get pregnant!. but i was only on the pill for 3months so can i get pregnant straight away!?

Its different for every female since everyones body is different and has different reactions!.
My friend (who was told she would never be able to have children and was on BC just as a pre-caution) got pregnant 2 weeks after she stopped the pill!. And she been taking BC for about 5-4 years!.
My other friend who was also on birth control about 3 years and stopped because her and her husband are TTC and it took them over a year to conceive!.

You can get pregnant TAKING the pill so obviously you can get pregnant right after you stop taking it, it just depends on the women!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I got pregnant the first month off my pill, but unfortunately suffered a miscarriage, but I got pregnant right after my m/c and have a healthy baby boy now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's different for everyone!. One girl I know got pregnant while she was on the pill!. Some get pregnant right after, for others it can take up to a year or more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
