Is it normal to feel tired after your period?!


Question: Is it normal to feel tired after your period!?
I know it's common for girls/women to experience fatigue and other symptoms when were menstruating, but what about afterwards!? I thought my period was over yesterday but today I still had some light bleeding!. Is it normal to be feeling so tired!? I get up early to go to school and come back, plus I'm at freshmen at college so I guess you can say I'm a little stressed and don't find enough time to eat 2-3 meals a day, I'm mostly snacking my way through!.

PS: My sleeping pattern can also be better =/ And my mom wants to put me on vitamins now- is it really that extreme!? She thinks they will help me feel better!. By the way, I just turned 18 in August!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is and even before or after!.!.!.your hormones are making your body go through a rollercoaster of physical and emothional responses so yes!.!.!. Just try and get some extra rest and eat well!.!.!.and of course drink lots of water!

A once a day vitamin would be an excellent idea!. Take in the morning at breakfast or once at lunch (like I do) and youre good to go! But the key is finding a good multi for women that's only 1 tablet per day!.!.!.theyre out there tho!Www@Answer-Health@Com
