Time Of The Month? Period?!


Question: Time Of The Month!? Period!?
Woo so okay, right now i am in pain and it really hurts :(

I've take 2 paracetamol and it's not helping!. I've also tried cuddling up in a blanket and drinking hot chocolate! :(

What can i do to ease my pain!?

i have never heard of paracetamol!? what is it!? is it something your doctor gave you!? what usually works for me is sometimes takeing a walk, drinking some hot tea, the medicine that works for me is advil!. you can also try takeing a hot bath and just laying in there untill ur meds work!. somethimes that works!. if it gets so bad you cant take it no more or you start vometing then i would go to the ER just to make sure everything is ok! but im sure you will be fine!. also the meds you took might need time to work usually they take anywhere from 15 minets to a half hour to work!. depending on the meds!. another thing i noticed is if i tense up they get worse! so just relax!. yoga might work to if ur into that kinda thing, another thing that might work is next time (i dont know about you but with me i notice that on my first day before it gets really heavy its really light) when this happends i take pain meds before i go to sleep that night then the next day the pain isnt so bad!! well i hope this helps and im sorry your in so much pain!. believe me i know how it is!

Try IBprofin,heat, eating bananas, and WATER WATER WATER!. No Caffine[[like hot chocolate]] it will only make the cramps work!. Next time you go to the doctor, ask what you can do about severe cramps, they might be able to give you some medicine or somthing!.

I always take 2 Midols, work great for me! Also put a heating pad on your tummy!. That helps me a ton!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Genlte exercise, hot water bottle on tummy, warm bath, ibuprofene or going to sleep!.
Oh and plenty of comfort food like chocolate and toast and butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are pads that you stick to your lower abdomen that helps the cramps!. Also, pressing something warm down there helps me alot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is this brand called cetamol menstrual or aleve these help to stop period pain, reduce bloating and cramps!. try to stay warm get a pair of socks on some tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
