No, the youngest I've heard is 8!.
Everyone grows differently! Some girls that are 14 or 15 don't even have pubic hair or boobs! so it all depends on your hormones and your family history!.

Yes, it's very normal!. The most common time for girls to get their period is between the ages of 11 and 13 so you are right in the middle!. Each person develops at their own pace so you are programmed as such to start menstruating now!.
