They hurt so bad!! I don't how make them go away!! I have taken advil, but it didn't work!. I also don't have heating pads or anything!.

Fill plastic water bottles with very warm water, put the caps on tight and put them on your abdomen in place of heating pads!.!.calcium is supposed to help too!. I feel so bad for you, I hope you feel better soon!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
Cramps are a drag for sure!.!.!.you might consider starting some Birth control pills, there are many brands that actually help control the cramps and have the added benefit of keeping you from getting pregnant (if you are sexually active) the other suggestion would be to start taking Advil or Motrin at the onset of your period, you can take 3 tablets 3 times daily for the first 3 day's and that should help!. I get horrible cramps!. The best thing to do is recognize the beginning of the cramps and take Motrin before they even start to hurt!. Sitting in child's pose (a yoga position) is said to help ease the pain of cramps!. Sometimes what I'll do is try to sleep it off!. I know it's difficult to fall asleep when you're in so much pain, but once you're asleep, you aren't conscious of it and you wake up pain-free!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
