Question: Should i loose weight according to this!?
Im a 16 year old female im around 145 pounds and im 5'10"!.
For the past couple months i've been running just a little over an hour and then lifting weights and walking!. At the end of each workout i burn about 1400 calories!.
My cravings have increased and its a lot harder now to say no to food, especially chocolate!. I have chocolate everyday!.
Im a little worried!. Is it possible if i run 1 hour everyday to have chocolate everyday or should i loose more weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you are burning too many calories!.
I think the problem is that you over work, and don't feed yourself enough according to the amount of excersise (sorry, i'm not good at spelling!.) you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds as if you are burning enough calories that you can indeed have satisfy your cravings in the form of chocolate now and then!.
Note: You want to lose weight, not loose weight!. (The word is lose, not loose!. Loose is the opposite of tight!.)
