Question: Why are my nipples extremely sore!? (i'm not pregnant, nor have i had rough sex)!?
I'm confused why my nipples are so sore!. I haven't had sex in about four weeks and I'm definately not pregnant (took a test recently and it came up negative)!.
So I'm trying to figure out why my nipples hurt so much!. Today when I was drying myself off after a shower, the towel slightly grazed them and it really hurt!.
The only thing I can think that I've done different in the last few days is get off my birth control pills!.
But sore nipples has never been a symptom of PMS for me!. Plus, my period isn't due for at least another week or two!.
Is there anything I can put on them so they'll stop hurtingWww@Answer-Health@Com

well obviously your breasts are affected by your hormones!.!.!. like me for instance, the week before my preiod my breasts swell up and my nipples get very sore!.!.!. it's possible for your nipples to be sore because of PMS this time even though that wasn't the case previously!. and you also just got off birth control so your hormones are going whack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
