I am a few days away from starting my period!.!.!.
so Im moody and nasueous and you know- the whole shebang!.!.!.
BUT I am demanding sleep like an infant!.!.!.like over 12 hours a day!.
why am I so tired!? and what can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

LIke it says, fast food, junk food, candy, and other bad eating- OR not eating the food pyramid- can ALL make you tired, sluggish, bloated, etc!.!

Also- if you don't exercise every day in some form or another, you will be tired!.

I suggest starting up playing soccer or basketball, and running and lifting weights (AFTER stretching thoroughly, of course)!.

Lastly- try to control your body! you can only work on it, and be true to yourself!. If you try your hardest, you can stop the lashing out!.

Say, "I blame adam and eve for me havin to go thru this- no one else!"

That will help you realize that others do NOT cause your PMS!

Maybe its a combination of everything!. Have you been sleep deprived lately!? Are you going through any other problems!? Do you take vitamins!?

My only suggestion would be to listen to your body and if you dont take vitamins you should start!. We loose so much during our periods!. If this continues to occur, I would encourage you to see your doctor as it could be a symptom of something else!.
