Question: WHats wrong with me!? do i have an eating disorder!?
Ive always had a fear fo becoming fat, i eat about 600 calories a day and ive never been comfortable with ym body, im about 5'4 and 95 lb i think, i might be less ive lost weight!. anyway i thoght i fell asleep in math class today, and when i "woke up" i had written, I am fat, abotu 200 times on a sheet of paper! how did that happen!?!!?! Ive also started snapping hairbands on my wrist whenever im in the cafteria to keep from not eating, i just HATE that cafeteria, i hate the smells, and the eating it makes me so scared nd nervous =[

Is this really bad!? i took the bands of my wrist and then i just started biting my lip and chewing my nails! help =[Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your weight is a little low!. The first step to getting help is admitting that you have a problem!. I think you know that you have a problem!. Maybe you should talk to your mom and go see a child psychologist to talk to about why you don't want to eat!. You might head off a deadly disease that can be controlled with the right help!.

Well i don't think your fat i've seen your pictures from the other questions you ask
I just think you need more self confidence!.
Having an eating disorder can be tough i've dated girls with them
Try closing your eyes when you eat
Tell yourself every time you look down that you're skinny

First of all, you must be crazy if you think you're fat!. 95lbs is SO small! I suggest seeking counseling or somebody to talk to about this!. It's good that you realize you have a problem!. For now, you need to nip it in the bud before it gets worse!. You can't just let this slide, as it will progress into something much more serious, like anorexia!. 95 pounds is tiny!. and not in an healthy attractive way either!. if youre telling the truth and this isnt some ploy for attention, then you should seek out profesional help cause you certainly have a problem!.

your very small for your height!. If you feel comfortable with your body then your fine!. If you don't consult someone you trust!. Food making you nervous may be a sign that you have an eating disorder!. If this becomes a problem you will need to consult a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat at least 2,000 calories a day not 600!. and you weigh 95lbs your not even in your hundreds (which is not good)!. Im very skinny (139lbs) and my doctor tells me to gain some weight or some muscle!. YOU ARE TOO SKINNY!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok!. you need help!. talk to your family!.talk to god!.tell someone you know very well how you are feeling, and they will help to their best ability!. BUT MAKE SURE U LISTEN!!!

i u wanna lose weight, try these things:

eat a large and healthy breakfast consiting of whole wheat, calcium, and fruit!.

then, have a small brunch: half of a turkey or PB&J sandwich

next, try the other half of the sandwich for lunch!.

for linner: maybe a cup of soup or a medium sized salad

dinner:i always suggest whole wheat pasta for dinner!. it keeps you hungry, but it is also very good for u!. ps: keeps ur skin clear!


eating 5-6 meals a day burns more fat, and keeps you from being hungry (which can create cravings!.)!. also, to take the edge off of hunger when u can't get to food, try chewing sugar-free gum!.


ps: if u eat 600 calories, ur body only burns 600 calories!. your burning of fat can adjust to watever u put in!. so eat 2000, and burn 2000!.

and STOP SNAPPIN GRLL!!

It really does sound like you are developing an eat disorder!. You might want to talk to your mom or dad about this!. If you do, it could end up causing you lots of problems in the future!. Weighing 95lbs probably isn't entirely healthy but since you didn't put your age I'm assuming you are in middle or high school!.
If you can't talk to your parents try talking to your school counselor!. Somebody needs to know whats going on with you and determine if there is an issue and if so how to fix it!.
