Question: Has anyone overcome Vaginismus!?
I've just realised I have it and want to deal with it as soon as possible because its ruining my life and relationships! I just want to know if anyone has any success stories to ease my mind - i'm also terrified of taking the first steps and actually going to a doctor about it because apparently many dont know what it is and it'll be embarrassing! thanks!.

Eventually, though, you WILL have to see a doctor!. Look around until you find one that understands the condition!. (It's ok to interview a doctor before signing up!.) All Gynecologist should know and be able to treat it!. To not be embarrassed it is your health and should be your concern and the doctors as well!. YOur probably not going to be the 1st or the last to go to the gyn for this conditionWww@Answer-Health@Com
