I would say it's to do with hormones and differences in metabolism!. Males and females are made for different things, therefore our bodies are tuned differently!.
A woman is designed to have babies, as much as we like to do away with gender roles you can't argue with nature, so I'd assume we would be able to absorb and store more from what we eat, so that when we're pregnant we can pass it on to the baby and also maintain a healthy weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ugh, yeah the Slimquick commercial!. It is SO true!

My husband has been losing weight, whereas I've been losing/gaining a pound or two, so my weight has been pretty steady for some time, and I've even upped my workout regimen without success!

Body weight is distributed differently in men than in women!. Our bodies process foods high in fat and sugar much differently -- and more slowly than men's bodies do!.

You can raise your metabolism by raising your activity/exercise level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not typically "harder" for women to lose weight than men!. It really just depends on the individuals body chemistry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't quote me but i read that women's fat cells are larger in size then men's fat cells maybe this has something to do with itWww@Answer-Health@Com
