What's a good prenatal vitamin to take while nursing!? I just bought "nature made multi prenatal vitamin" is this a good prenatal while nursing!? I also take a DHA supplement (expecta)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The perfect answer would be to have a script from your ob/gyne!. In lew of that, Nature Made is a good product!. I would also like to pass on some advice-to get the abdominal muscles back where they were before pg-try wearing a girdle!. I wore one for several weeks after my daughter and felt great!.
