Question: Why do i feel kind of panicky right before my period!?
and is there any herbs or anything i can take to subdue these hormonal (panic effects)!? it happens a few days before my period!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

PMS
Its not uncommon for women to PMS more a couple days before their period rather then during it!.
I get very sad lol, but during the week my mood is normal!.
Its all hormones

Not much you can do!. The birthcontrol pill helps regulatre your flow and hormones but i wouldnt take it just for that reason!.
I heard drinking lots of milk really helps with PMS and cramps!.
Other then that, just try relaxing!. Lavender is supposed to help as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
