Question: Does anybody's period start light for the first day!? !?
I'm in my late 20s and usually the first day of my period always starts heavy and goes on like that for the first two days, but today it has started light and I'm worried as that doesn't usually happen and I'm scared that it won't happen properly as I have never missed a period!. I'm quite sure I'm not pregnant as I haven't been with my boyfriend for that long so we still use condoms and I always make sure they're on properly!.
I have been quite stressed because of an exam in a couple of weeks!. It's like every time I think of doing the test, I get anxious!.
I don't really understand why it would start light when it doesn't usually!. Can it still happen normal after starting off light!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the time, periods start out light for the first day and then get heavier for the next two, and then lighter until it tapers off completely!. I wouldn't worry!.!.!.your flow will probably increase, and it could be lighter due to stress like you said!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
