How do some women stay so skinny after having a baby?!

Question: How do some women stay so skinny after having a baby!?
Answers:
they won the genetic lottery
that or they ate healthy and exercised during the pregnancyWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's called maintaining a healthy diet and exercise!. A pregnant mother should only gain about 25 to 30 lbs during pregnancy!. Alot of women make the mistake that they're 'eating for two', and gain way too much weight than what is healthy for them!. Women who get skinny afterwards have been eating right all along!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the same thing! like you know all those skinny clebreaty mom s and they are still skiny after and they are all " I need to loose the baby weight" and they look exactly the same b4 they were pregnan! Im not sure, but maybe because they have such a great metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont know!. But whatever their secret is I'd like to know! I am 24 weeks pregnant and weighed 98 pounds before I got pregnant and am up to 120! yay!. But I would say they just eat healthy, walk, and after baby comes, take baby for walks, and when they feel up to it exercise a little bit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I gained 50-60 pounds with all three pregnancies and lost it all after delivery!. I ate right and exercised and lost the weight in no time!. Having a thyroid condition helped with the first one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they workout while Prego and step it up after the baby!. as soon as they can walk normal again!. plus once the babies out your nearly half way there!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

a lot of women use being pregnant as an excuse to pig outWww@Answer-Health@Com
