My dr told me no more pregnancy? ?!
Question: My dr told me no more pregnancy!? !?
I had an ovarian ectopic pregnancy 2 weeks ago!. It WAS bad but I am here and healing pretty well, considering how terrible it was!. I have read many other posts and plenty of women go on to have healthy pregnancies after and ectopic!. Well today my Dr, who delivered my last 4 yrs ago told me he doesnt want to see me pregnant and went in to a tangen about having my hubby get a vasectomy and on and on!. Well He is the same dr who right after my daughter was born told me that "Oh two is enough and you dont wanna be running after kids ur whole life" and he told me then, to tell the hubby to get a vasectomy!.
I kinda knew he would react that way again, but I just dont get it!. I am in a very happy marriage and finacially secure so who cares if I have four kids!.!.!.right!? I mean he never said!.!.!.your gonna die if you get pregnant or it can be harmful to you!.!.!.nothing to that affect!. I guess I am just confused!.
I wasnt even trying to get pregnant it just happened and we loss the pregnancy but now I almost feel challanged by my body, kinda like !.!.!.how dare you let me down! I dont know perhaps this is cause of the lingering hormones as I have yet to zero out!. any input!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless is for medical reasons, he has no right to tell you how many kids to have!.
I personally think you should chance your doctor!. I have endometriosis and I was thinking of not having anymore kids, I have 2!. But my doctor told me that I should have maybe 1 more and then have the hysterectomy done ( i have to do it before next year - I am in too much pain)!.!.!.!.

I think that you should wait awhile, a couple of years, before you try to get pregnant again!. As far as your doctor, I'd find a different one!. He shouldn't be putting his beliefs on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
