Question: Is it normal for it to hurt when me and my boyfriend have sex!?
Its not like all the time that it happens but sometimes when we do it it feels like someones stabbing me with a knife!. And its not until he gets like almost all the way in me!. is it normal to have that feeling!? And ive had alot of sex before(not to sound like a whore) so i know it cant be thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

The average depth of a vagina is only 4 to 6 (or 7) inches, with most feeling in the first 3 inches!. If he's bigger than that, then he needs to be considerate and not go so deep!. Also, when you are close to ovulation, the cervix kind of dips down, closer to the entrance of the vagina, so again, he needs to not go so deep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you're using condoms, it could have to do with that!. i know after all the lube comes off of a condom, it's reaaallly uncomfortable to continue!. or he might be going in too far and hitting your cervix!. maybe you're a little less aroused when it hurts, because when you're really aroused, the vagina deepens and widens to make sex virtually painless!. do more foreplay, see if that helps!. if not, go see a gyn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no this isnt normal!. I used to have a sharp sting when i would start to have sex and then it would stop!. I went to the dr and it turns out i had a small tear at the begining of my vagina!. Put some neosporine on where it hurts, and dont have sex for a week-ish!. If that doesnt sound like it could be the problem then im sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah, I've heard it is normal!. I mean, think about it!. Its not really that big "there" so it will probably hurt a little bit til you "break" in!.
