Hey Hun!.
Im Britt!.
Im 13 too!.
Started last year though, my birthday as well :)!. I was 12 then!.
I guess your really low huh !?
Well dont worry!.
Really!.
However stupid it sounds it does kind of get routine sort of thing!.
I rang my friends and went for chats when i was on a low, if not, cause sometimes you just want to be left alone, the best things to do are sleep!.
Keep doing a sport or something, it really helps, eases things, if you need a chat add me on pretty!.lily!.flower@hotmail!.com or this :) xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Alright I'm going to be as serious as I can possibly be on this subject!.

What not to do: Advil, Ibprofin, Ascedomfien!. (sorry for spelling)

Do you like shrimp, crag, clam and other shell fish!? They help alot to alleviate problems during your period!.

Allergic to shell fish!? Ok take Omega 3 fatty acid supplements (can be bought at the (everything is a dollar store)

Your a girl and your mother is a woman, same gender, don't ever be embarrassed speaking to your mother about changes with your body, she has gone through it all time and time again!.

This goes double for all you boys, but speak to your dad!.

Now the bad effects of your period (cramps and swelling of certain areas) will go away within 2-3 days, and the period itself will go away after 4-5 days on average!.

Whether you use tampons or just carry around a bunch of pads like my wife, it is what is most comfortable to you that matters!.

Make sure to wash yourself a couple times a day!. This helps with the overall process!.

Given I'm of the male gender this is the best advice I could possibly give to you:

Your mother is the key to all the information you could possibly come to find out about this subjectWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont feel down because every woman has gone through what you are!.

before i started my period i was scared because it is quite a scary thing to get your head round!. if you are worried about it just talk to your mum she will be able to tell you alot of information or read girls magazines some offer lots of information on these things!.

as for the pain, i dont get painful periods but i occasionally get them!. just take some painkillers like paracetamol and you will be fine!. you can just buy this from a local chemist!.

i recomend you start off using sanitary towels you just put these in your knickers and they are perfectly safe to wear at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

awwww bless, dont worry about it i started erlyier on this year, its embarrasing when you tellyour mum but it gets easier, at night just where a normall towel nothing happenes and bend over and have a hot water bottle on your belly it helps the pains , and thats it really if you want an more help e-mail me at

aww its ok!. don't be embarrassed, every woman goes through it, it's just a part of life!.

do you have any pads!? just wear those at night and if not use a towel!.

for the cramps use a hot pad or my favorite take a hot bath :)

also dont be afraid to ask your mom for help, thats what shes there for!.
