i always feel so tired!. i struggle to keep my eyes open during the day!.i feel nauseus!.i know this is gross but i also have diarreah i feel like i could sleep all day and still be able to sleep at night!. this has been going on for a week!. i get about 8 hrs of sleep every night!. Not pregnant!. what could be wrong with me!. also i know that i have arthiritis but this week my knees ankles and elbow have been having sharp needle like pains in them!. could this all be connected!. my period is due soon, but i have never ever had there symptoms before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
