Question: Missing periods!?women only plz!.!?
i have missed my periods for about 4 month!.i went to dr and she give me a kind of pill to become period!.but after9 days im not period yet!.what can i do now!?does it take more time!?im 18 year old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What kind of pill did they give you!? If it's provera or some sort of progesterone supplement to give you a period then you need to give it more time!. It can take up to 14 days after you stop taking the pill (as long as you took it for the recommended time) for you to get a period!. If the doctor gave you the birth control pill to regulate your period, then it will take 28 days until you finish the pack to get your period!. It may also be up to a week late your first month on the birth control pill!. I hope that helps!. If you do not understand the instructions the dr gave you or your period doesn't come within the timeframe above, I would go back and see your doctor for further instructions!. dont worry! theres nothing wrong with not getting your period, is there!? it's a pain in the neck! if your doctor didnt spot anything wrong and just gave you a pill you should be fine!
