you don't need to go to the doctors about discharge, its completely normal and your mum is right!. you need to think about whether you will use pads or tampons, your personal hygiene i!.e!. showering every day and changing your pad/ tampon regularly!. you might get period pains, like a dull heavy ache in the lower abdomen/ back but exercise, hot baths, hot water bottles, paracetamol ice cream and chocolate help!. you might also be more emotional and get a bit weepy or argumentative around the time of your period but you will get used to it!. the key thing to remember is that every one is different and listen to your mum cos she will know what you are going through!. carry a pad around with you as you never know when you might start x Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your Mum is right its just your body getting ready to start Your periods hunnie, don't you worry!. The only thing about periods I would say is that every month your stomach will hurt and you may be moody etc but apart from that your be fine!. Don't you worry :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I could be your period, you can discharge up to 6 months before you get it!.!.!.but it may also be a yeast infection!.!.if its itchy "down there", smelly, or hurts when you pee, this might be what it is!.!.!.if it gets worse, I would consult a doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 15, and before i got my period i had white discharge too!. It's pretty normal, as long as you're not engaging in "sexual encounters"!. If so, than that could be from not being clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it may be your first time getting your cycle, and we all discharge a little bit before it!. don't worry, everything is all right!.

I'm sure your Mom's great, but please, go to your doctor for reassurance!. Or the school medic, if you have one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's natural to come before you have your period!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
