I am 22 and at college studying a computing based course, I am the only girl in my class but that doesn't bother me much!. Anyway I am not meaning to be big headed but I do have "DD" boobs(all real), wear some makeup and generally take care of my appearance and I am girly!. I am finding it really uncomfortable these days talking and being around the guys in my class because I find all they ever do is look at my boobs!. Sometimes I catch some of them staring at me or my boobs!.When some of them talk to me they will look at my face and then look down I think its so rude! The best thing to do is to say something to them!. Call them out, all together or one by one!. What ever it takes!. If you look over and see some guy across the room drooling over the twins, bring your face down to chest level and give him a look that says "Hello, I really don't appreciate your oogling loser, get a life!" You could wear a tee with a loose unbuttoned, button up shirt over!. Then your chest would not be "out there" so much!. It is a good way to kind of hide!.

I as a guy admit to you that I like to stare at big breasts, too!. But I control and remind myself----over and over again, and it worked in certain situations!. So the situation can be handled!.
I would suggest that you to have a serious talk with these guys, you know, to have the dignity talk!. The chances are that guys are going to laugh at you!. What do you do then!? Ignore them!. These men are not worthy of your attention (as matter of fact, they might even be TURNED ON by the fact that you pay attention to their stare)!. Or, report to the authorities on the grounds of sexual harassment (their actions do qualify for harassment)!. You need to show them the message that you are not going to let them get to you!.
The key is, don't encourage them!. You can do this by dressing, behavior, etc!. Once again, if they still stare at you, just ignore them or report to the authorities (which action shall you take depends on the actual situation)!. If you let they get to you, they win, and you don't want that!. Just be strong and do not let anyone get to you!.

There is very few guys out in this world who don't look at a woman's breast it is just a given!.
