Running with my period?!


Question: Running with my period!?
I run xc!. I got my period today and I have a big race tomorrow!. It usually doesn't affect my running much, but do you think I'll get more fatigued tomorrow!? I want to do well, but stupid Aunt Flo had to visit! :( What do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be fine!. Just make sure you hydrate well enough and stretch!. I also recommend using pantie liners (if you use tampons) for additional coverage, you just never know!. Just simply follow these steps and it will just be like another day of cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go for it!
take a midol or put heat to help cramps beforehand but you should definately still run!
exercise during it actually helps it go faster and makes you feel better :)
p!.s!. make sure you put in a super tampon, cause you will bleed more then usual (heart pumping faster and whatnot ) :D

it depends how heavy your period normally is!. mine can get very heavy and so i can can get worn out and sometimes even a bit dizzy!.
if yours isn't very heavy, you should be fine, just make sure you keep your blood sugar levels up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
