ok well i started using tampons yesterday and so when i tried to take it out it hurt so bad so i decided that id try again today any ideas to take it out so it doesent hurtWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you're using the right absorbency!. If your used tampon (the one you remove from your body) is still mostly white then you should leave it in longer or use a lower absorbency!. If you're using them correctly, it shouldn't be uncomfortable to take out, and definitely shouldn't hurt!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The fist time i used a tampon like a week ago haha it killed to take out and it was low absorbancy!. I put it in and it was soo uncomfy so i wanted to take it out but it wasnt saturated so it hurt!. I best suggest trying it right before a bath!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
