A friend of mine had a silly idea to have intercourse with a tampon on!. Now the tampon is really deep in her and its stuck!. Any suggestions to get it out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If she doesn't want to see a gynecologist (who would be able to remove it non-surgically), she could do it herself by applying a lubricant to the inside of her vagina and SQUATTING and pushing!. She will have to put her fingers as far up there as she can and basically give birth to it!.
