Please Help! 10 Points for best answer, guaranteed!?!

Question: Please Help! 10 Points for best answer, guaranteed!!?
For the past month, my head has been latching onto my worries and obsessing over them! I hate it! I am a sensitive person, and it makes me really emotional and scared!. Can estrogen make you not be able to get worries out of your head and worry more!? My friend said that since my first period was in the middle of July, and I am getting a lot more estrogen, I get more emotional and worry more!. Is that true!? Sometimes I just feel like crying for really stupid reasons, even though I am a very happy and fortunate person! Please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh yeah!. That'll be hormones!. Once I was waiting outside of school (on my special time of the month) laughing with a bunch of my buddies, and joking about something or other!. Then I got in the car with my Mom, she told me that I couldn't jog that day, and I literally started bawling!. I honestly didn't care that I wouldn't be able to work out, and I swear to God I wasn't crazy or anything!. It was just hormones driving me (and my poor mom) round the bend!.!.!.

I can laugh about it now, lol!.!.!.!.!. But yeah, it'll do that to you!.

But what I suggest is that you get some kind of hobby, like writing a story or playing an instrument, to get your mind off of things for a while!. I find that drawing and reading really helps me!. And if you get too crazed over your worries or tasks that you're putting off, just calmly think them through or make a plan of how to solve them, and then relax!. Often worrying over chores (if that's what your worrying over) is just simply overreacting, and thinking your problems through will help you put them in perspective!.

Death to hormones!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

old you are but I'm guessing in the teens somewhere!.

EVERYTHING YOU SAID IS NORMAL!!! I know it feels abnormal but the next few years of your life are the most emotional (until you get pregnant)

The best thing you can do is keep your mind occupied with other things and exercise!. Exercise is great for keeping good hormones in the body and bad ones out!.

i would advise talking to your doctor if this persists as strongly as it seems to be!. You may need a supplement, my doc put me on birth control pills to help with my periods and emotions and I think God my parents allowed it!. Made all the difference!.

You might also be having an iron deficiency but the doctor will help you with that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Speaking as a woman and for myself I find that 2 to 3 days before my period I'm very blue or sad I'll cry at the drop of a hat!. And I normally don't crave Chocolate but at this time I go mad for it!. This is only normal I used to think that I was going crazy!.My Friends think differently but its all part of growing up!.
