Question: My boyfriend gets pushed out when we have sex!.!.!.!?
My boyfriend and I had sex for the first time ( first time for me and not for him)!. we tried several different positions but each time my pc muscles pushed him out and the next thrust wasn't so pleasant!. I hoping to "fix" this so that the next time we can both enjoy it!. What do we/I need to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is completely normal, if it's your first time!. Your vaginal muscles have never expereinced being opened that wide before, so it'll take a bit of adjusting for it to "loosen" up a bit!. Nothing to worry about, just practice will fix it, really!. Try relaxing your muscles down there, actually your whole body, next time he's about to go inside you!. Take several deep breaths!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to be closer, and you (meaning you, and not you both) need to be in control of the situation!. For instance, I think you should be on top!. It's really common for the penis to slip out when the male is in control because he really doesn't know the insides of the female so he can't control it!. You might also try the spooning position, it's harder for the both of you to move that way because you're in each others way, but I would recommend it considering that the penis would have no where to go but inside of you because you would be so close!. My best advice though would be to take it slow!. Don't let him thrust hard until you're comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

relax is the best answer! it's the same muscles that resist tampons when you first try them, the more you relax those muscles, the less resistance there'll be!.

what can you do together to help it: ask him to make his movements really slowly so that you both get used to what's happening!. if it hurts, get him to stop as you won't be able to relax and it'll start to hurt even more!.

what can you do yourself to help it: depending how open you are and how comfortable you are with your body you can "practise" by simulating sex and seeing how your muscles react to your finger or something!. sounds gross but you'll get a better idea of what is "pushing him out"!. use tampons if you don't already, again to get used to how those muscles work!.

i'd say best position would be him on top with you on your front or back, depending what's more relaxing and comfortable for you!. easier for the guy, experienced or otherwise, to be in control, girl on top is not as easy or as comfortable as it looks lol!.

good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should be closer to your bf and maybe have him try fingering you before he sexes you!. Talk to your doctor for further infoWww@Answer-Health@Com
