Question: Anorexia counseling clinic!?
i don't believe i have an eating disorder, but my parents are unfortunately convinced that i do!. i eat normally, but not a lot!. and i appear to be very thin, but i'm actually only 2 pounds underweight, i just have a small frame!. my parents are making me go to some kind of counseling session at an anorexia treatment center for a few hours some day next week!. will the people at the treatment center be able to recognize the fact that i truly DON'T have an eating disorder!? what kinds of things are they going to say to me, and how often will i have to keep going back there!.!.!.or is it possible that i may not have a problem and won't have to go back at all!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They might be able to tell because usually the anorexic people that go there, know they are anorexic,

Have you explained to your parents you genuinly don't!? Because honestly, a lot of people hide and deny it until they are ready to admit it themselves, which is what your parents may be thinking!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think that your parents just are a bit over protective!. if you don't believe you have an eating disorder then going to this clinic is nothing to lose don't regret it if you know you don't have itWww@Answer-Health@Com
