Question: Will swimming 6 times a week help me tone in time for summer!?
i started squad swimming like 6 times a week for 2 hour sessions and i do group exercise twice will this help me tone up in time for summer!?!?

im 16 but i feel uncomfortable about my body

im about 155 cm and i weight 70

and im also eating alot healthier
