Question: Do u or anyone you know suffer from pmt!?
i have it bad!.!.!. i feel teary, mad and have no patience!. i am on the pill and this is supposedly meant to suppress these feelings but it doesnt suppress mine!. anyone else suffer at their time of the month!? my boyf hates being around me when i am like itWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have such bad PMT that im off to the doctors on Monday!! Ive always had very heavy periods but over the last 18 months PMT has ruled my life! It only last for 5 days but Im murder- and the really sad thing is I know im bad but cant do anything about it!. I turn into a paranoid wreck-sleep excessively- cry like a 2 year old etc etc!. It may sound quite funny to some people but last month I realised I had serious problems when I was washing up a serrated knife nearly took my finger tip off!.!.!.instead of it hurting i felt nothing but relief!! Bad I know!. The odd thing is the minute my period starts im fine back too my normal happy self!. I think its the sudden release of hormones!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
oh yeah!! mainly lots and lots of tears, highly neurotic, low self esteem, hate everything abt myself, no patience, cry at everything!.!.!.
a full week of the nonsense - and given it comes around every month you would think i could rationalise it and just accept it will be over in a few days - but no - every month, I convince myself that I am the fattest, most unattractive, useless slob who shouldnt be out in public and deserves no company!.!.!. thank goodness for the patience of girl friends!!
and then as soon as my period starts, back to happy-go-lucky me!!

I used to be like a Rottweiler when I was due on my period! I hated the world and was ready for an argument with anyone who looked at me for longer than a second!
I was advised to take 'star flower oil' (from Holland and Barratt)!. Take it EVERY day minimum of 1000mg per day!. It is quite expensive, but you will get offers on it now and again!.
Initially when I was told this, I thought 'yeah yeah' like that will stop me wanting to turn into a mass murderer!.!.!.!.!.!. but you know, it really did help me! I was amazed and swear by it now!.
My daughter, who is 17 is also like Hannibal Lectar when she is due on!. Absolutely vile! So, I bought her some and hey presto, like a new woman!.
I would strongly suggest you give it a go!. Make sure you take it every single day of the month as it is a natural product and needs to be constant!. Im sure you too will feel the benefit!.

yes i went through it terribly go to your doctor and tell him, shockingly my pill made me worse and it was changed three times! it was making me moddy and tearful i was miserable and id snap at my partner i felt terrible!. tell your doctor please and explain to your boyfriend that you are sorry but you cant control these emotions there not even yours there hormones being put into your body every month!.

Heehee, join the club sister! If you're still young, all i can say is, hopefully in later life you would have mastered techniques to calm yourself down!. You know, like learn the tricks to help you cope through it (without prescription drugs)!. Try music, exercise (although that's the last thing you feel like doing, but it does help)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
