im going to vietnam with school for 2 weeks and my perods due the first week!.

Short of getting the birth control pill, which I doubt you can for just a school trip, no I don't think so!.!.!.
Apparently going to the bathroom (poop) can make your period start a bit earlier- but that's more like hours rather than days!.!.!.
Don't worry about it too much!.!.!. think of all the other girls who are on their period!.!.!. it makes you feel better if you know you're not alone!

Go see your doctor and maybe he can prescribe something for you to help you with your situation!. That's the best answer if have for you!. Regardless, have fun in Vietnam!. Let me know how you make out!. I'd be interested to learn something too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
