I am a wuss. I can't handle contact lenses, tampons.....it really upsets me.!
Question: I am a wuss!. I can't handle contact lenses, tampons!.!.!.!.!.it really upsets me!.!?
I find everyone else in this world can do these things so easily!. It is so frustrating that i find everything so much harder than anyone else!.
I've spent hours trying to work tampons but i can't do it!. Same with Contacts!.

Youll make yourself worse by stressing, its hard not to tho isnt it!?!? With the tampons try standing with one leg on the toilet and the other on the floor!. Using an applicator tampon(theyre easier) gently insert the tampon with one hand directing it to the back of your vagina as it bends to the back!. its hard to describe but all packs have diagrams in the packet!. When inserted you shouldnt be able to feel it inside, if you do its generally not inserted far in enough!.!. Dont know about contacts hun i dont wear them or glassesWww@Answer-Health@Com
aww no that doesnt sound corny!. Loads of woman take a while to put in their first tampon, it took many people i know several tries to get it in!. And as for contacts, your not alone, my best friend cant put them in either, just keep trying you'll get there!.
Oh and with the tampon issue, remember to relax and try not to get too frustrated if you cant get it in, that will just make it harder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know why you can't work tampons!. Try Lubrictating it, use a mirror, etc!. I can't really tell you anything else since i don't know why you can't work tampons!.!.!. sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
