How do I know when I am having my period every month?!
Question: How do I know when I am having my period every month!?
I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago and I am 34 years old!. I was able to keep both of my ovaries!. So, I still ovulate and have the emotions of a normal cycle!. Is there any way to track exactly when my time is (maybe by temperature or something)!? A question like this makes me thankful for the internet!. I could never ask this question in person!. maybe checking out a cycle diagram will help!. Other than that possibly seeing a gynecologist will give you a better idea of when you have it!.

Maybe, checking your temperature every day for a month can tell you exactly when your ovulation is and you can go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
