No!. Becoming vegetarian does no make your boobs disappear!. But I think that if you were considering vegetarianism, then it should be for a better reason than you changing your mind about it because of that!.

and they won't shrink!.

They will shrink if you lower your body fat percentage because breasts are mostly fat!. Being vegetarian can promote weight loss which in theory could shrink them, but shouldn't pose much of a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
